Odds oddity for Sundays final

I'm new to world cup betting, but I've done well betting on Italy.

In Sundays final Pinny has Italy on the spread at "pick -136"..........yet on the moneyline Italy is +160.

Aren't these essentialy the same bet........if so why the difference in the odds?

in one, a regulation tie is a push, in the other it loses.

I think it is actually one bet is through regulation, the other through PKs, so you would lose on a draw in the bet that is through regulation (which would be the +160 bet).

PK -136 is the handicap, if game ends in 90 min (+injury time) in a tie, bet is a PUSH

+160 is the 3 way. You wil see a draw line offered there too, so if ends in 90 min (+injury time) in a tie, bet is a loss.

Both plays are for regulation time only. If you want to bet Italy to win the world cup (overtime and shootouts included) is a completely different bet.
